Jalapeno Honey Lamb Lollipops

Don’t bother going to a restaurant when you can make an amazing dish at home for less cost! Get a rack of lamb and indulge in this amazing, mouth-watering jalapeno honey lamb recipe!
Jalapeno Honey Lamb Lollipops
INGREDIENTS:
Serves: 2-4
- Full rack of lamb
Marinade:
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1 onion
- 3 jalapenos
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clover minced garlic
- 2 tbsp rosemary fresh chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
(marinate lamb in a large ziplock for atleast 3 hours, no longer than 24 hours. Save some marinade on the side before placing lamb in to brush over lamb while grilling)*
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat grill to 500 degrees with a little bit of olive oil brushed on the grates.
- Lamb should be marinated at this point. Place lamb on grill. Grill medium rare until there is a thick bark on the outside. Use the extra marinade that was placed on the side to brush on the lamb while it is cooking.
- Serve jalapeno honey lamb lollipops on a plate with rosemary garnish. Drizzle fresh honey over lamb.
