Monticello- Red Bank, NJ

Monticello is one of the restaurants that have been around in Red Bank since I have entered the foodie scene. I feel as though Monticello is one of the staples of Red Bank, however with all the chic spots and new restaurants popping up, I feel as though this tride and true Italian spot gets overlooked. I was guilty of it myself until I went there; it was awesome. The portions are generous, and it is a BYO. The food is great, and the atmosphere is romantic and authentic. What is there not to like? Don’t be like me and pass them up. Make sure you go if you’re in the mood for some good Italian.
